I was very impressed with this company, and the way they handled my order. Their customer service is outstanding, and very pleasant to speak with. I had received a damaged package of lightbulbs which was not done on their end. The FedEx delivery person did not handle my package with Care. When I called JK lighting, without question said we will have a new package sent out today. I was very impressed. This company gets a five star for sure. thank you JK lighting products and service. I am litterally sitting in my car crying :( because I really appreciate the women (Hope Tyler and friends) for understanding and being patient & also leaving a tip even after I had their drinks fly thru my car… I was on a dash to JK products and a driver jumped out in front of me which caused me to hit my breaks… I had Tea Flying everywhere and just seem like it wouldn’t stop spilling. I got there and they were so uplifting positive and encouraging. How could you not want to do business with such high energy standards and care for other!! Way to go ladies again thanks you
